1 Corinthians 15:12-20
Being Resurrection People

At the heart of the Christian story is a God who became one of us, lived and died as one of us, then rose from the dead to break the power of death once and for all. This is why we look beyond the bounds of our own individual lives to the life that God promises, and to the family of God through time and space. Jesus' resurrection makes it possible for us to be part of something so much greater than ourselves. It gives us hope that nothing hard or painful is ultimately permanent, and one day we will live the fullness of resurrection with Jesus.
