This winter, we have been working on turning the yard in front of the church into a community ice garden. While our services are online and activities happening elsewhere, why not bring some fun and cheer to the neighbourhood?
Ann and Dave started us off with a beautiful ice carving of Mary, Joseph, and Jesus in the manger. In the weeks since Christmas, others have added bricks and blocks of ice, including some inukshuks and a rainbow.
You can help us grow the ice garden and bring some winter cheer to Beaumont. Freeze ice in whatever containers you have (e.g. milk cartons, plastic tubs, foil trays, balloons), and add food colouring if you like. Then bring them to the church and add them to the garden.
